The MTF Cloud Platform is based on two physical FINMA-compliant data centres in the cantons of Zurich and Aargau. The best in class data center design with stretched cluster and active-active function guarantees no data loss even if a complete data center fails. DATA CENTER LOCATIONS 

The MTF Cloud data centers are built geographically in disaster-poor areas. An air distance of 25 km between the data centers guarantees additional protection against large-scale disasters. The data centers are equipped with several energy providers as well as autonomous generators, which can continue to supply the data centers with energy for more than 3 days without external power supply. The connection between the data centers is guaranteed by several redundant high-speed fiber lines. Communication to the outside world is additionally guaranteed redundantly per data center via different paths to several providers.

Our fully redundant data centres are located at two sites in Switzerland, are powered by 100% renewable energy and are specifically designed for high availability and security.

Our data centers have Tier 4 architecture and construction class III.

GEOREDUNDANT DATA CENTER

Optimally protected against large-scale disasters thanks to the geo-redundancy of the data centers with more than 25 km air distance.

CERTIFIED DATA CENTER

Safety and quality are measured against international standards. Our data centers have a variety of certifications (Tier 4 Uptime, ISO27001, BSI certification according to BS25999, FINMA-RS 08/7, ITIL V3 etc).

ALARMED AND MONITORED

Our data centers are monitored electronically and by security personnel on site 7/24.

MULTIHOMED CONNECTIVITY

As a separate, autonomous system, we have a highly redundant and fail-safe connection to the Internet via several carriers.

OWN REDUNDANT HIGHSPEED INTERCONNECTS

Both data centers are connected by several high-speed interconnects (several 100Gbits connections).
